OUR STORY
Thanks to the intuition of Marco and Vittorio, Redlab is born
Marco Scarpellino and Vittorio Lanzillo founded Redlab – The Consultancy Solution and developed an innovative MudaFree™ approach to Lean methodologies with the aim of identifying and eliminating all types of corporate waste and guiding clients towards more efficient and sustainable operations.
Redlab grows and the growth moves on the steps of ambitious goals
OKRs arrive in the company: the excellent framework for managing objectives and monitoring company results, helping to focus everyone’s efforts on the priorities to be achieved. Redlab becomes the exclusive partner, in Italy, of OKR International and the members of the OKR Coach Team.
The first big milestone knocks on the door: Redlab becomes an innovative Start-up.
Redlab distributes authority to all members of the organization.
Great revolution at Redlab: “No to managers, yes to management“. A completely horizontal operating system is introduced, giving decision-making power to those who are in contact with the problem to be solved. The company adopts Holacracy and becomes a partner of Holacracy One. Authority and autonomy are equally distributed in the company and everyone becomes their own exclusive manager.
Redlab enters the international market.
Redlab acquires the first customer in Germany and its first in Qatar. Meanwhile, a strong partnership and commercial development with Obiettivo LLC is born.
Growth and consolidation of the Redlab team
The team expands, new ideas are born and many projects are launched.
